MAIN DUTIES
Workers may be responsible for:
- Preparing ground for paving
- Excavating appropriate areas
- Levelling surfaces
- Compacting sub-base materials
- Preparing sand or cement bedding
- Measuring paving areas
- Setting lines and levels
- Installing paving slabs
- Installing interlocking blocks
- Cutting paving materials
- Installing concrete curbs
- Aligning curb stones
- Filling joints
- Compacting finished paving
- Repairing damaged paved areas
- Completing landscaping around finished surfaces
- Maintaining safe and clean work areas
Accuracy is important because incorrectly installed paving can result in uneven surfaces, poor drainage and premature failure.
CURB INSTALLATION

Duties can include trench preparation, levelling, concrete bedding, alignment and finishing.

Workers should be capable of following layout drawings and maintaining straight lines, levels and consistent joints.

WORKING HOURS
These are full-time positions.
A normal schedule may be approximately:
40 hours per week
with additional hours where required by project schedules.

SALARY
Skilled-worker salaries depend on employer, experience and productivity.
An indicative recruitment range may be:
BYN 2,500–4,000+ per month
The final salary must comply with Belarusian employment law and will be confirmed in the formal contract.
ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
Accommodation will be provided under the recruitment package.
Accommodation may include shared worker housing or employer-arranged apartments.
Lunch will be provided during scheduled working days.
Any applicable housing costs or lawful deductions will be disclosed before acceptance.
WORK PERMIT & VISA ASSISTANCE
Eligible international workers may receive assistance with the Belarus employment authorisation and visa process.
Where a special work permit is required, it is generally initiated through the Belarusian employer. Belarusian guidance confirms that foreign labour migrants who require such permission work on the basis of a special permit and employment contract, with the employer applying to the citizenship and migration authorities.
