MAIN DUTIES

Workers may be responsible for:

  • Preparing ground for paving
  • Excavating appropriate areas
  • Levelling surfaces
  • Compacting sub-base materials
  • Preparing sand or cement bedding
  • Measuring paving areas
  • Setting lines and levels
  • Installing paving slabs
  • Installing interlocking blocks
  • Cutting paving materials
  • Installing concrete curbs
  • Aligning curb stones
  • Filling joints
  • Compacting finished paving
  • Repairing damaged paved areas
  • Completing landscaping around finished surfaces
  • Maintaining safe and clean work areas

CURB INSTALLATION

WORKING HOURS

These are full-time positions.

A normal schedule may be approximately:

40 hours per week

with additional hours where required by project schedules.

SALARY

Skilled-worker salaries depend on employer, experience and productivity.

An indicative recruitment range may be:

BYN 2,500–4,000+ per month

The final salary must comply with Belarusian employment law and will be confirmed in the formal contract.

ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

Accommodation will be provided under the recruitment package.

Accommodation may include shared worker housing or employer-arranged apartments.

Lunch will be provided during scheduled working days.

Any applicable housing costs or lawful deductions will be disclosed before acceptance.

WORK PERMIT & VISA ASSISTANCE

Eligible international workers may receive assistance with the Belarus employment authorisation and visa process.

Where a special work permit is required, it is generally initiated through the Belarusian employer. Belarusian guidance confirms that foreign labour migrants who require such permission work on the basis of a special permit and employment contract, with the employer applying to the citizenship and migration authorities.
